e) We all need variety and balance in our lives, so make time for sleep and sex and time to enjoy hobbies and passtimes! Making time for hobbies relaxation and excercise is crucial to a calm and enjoyable lifestyle. Walking my dogs, gives me time to unwind and valuable excercise! Anything that helps you unwind like excercise, and gives you thinking time, will help you relax at bedtime.

f) Talking to fellow suffereers who understand really helps, and you should contact local self help groups.

Problems of anger
